However, the pictures posted of it are completely misleading! There were bugs all over the hallways that could easily get into your home (although pest control did come regularly). Parking was also a nightmare; people would lean and sit on your car even if you spoke to them about it. The neighbors were loud too, so if you lived on the second or third floor you would probably find people sitting on the steps at any hour of the day or night. Additionally, marijuana was constantly being smoked - not great for young children to be exposed to. The management staff was terrible - when we moved out they tried to lie and say that we hadn't left our apartment in decent condition even though it looked exactly as it had when we moved in! They kept our security deposit ($400) as well as demanded an extra $88 from us. We contacted corporate about this issue and found out that she had written down that we had left on good terms without owing a balance. Not only did she lie but she stole from us too! One last thing they don't tell you is that these apartments are next to a whole other set of apartments with frequent break-ins and other problems in the area; all separating them is a fence which can easily be jumped over or torn down then walked through. To sum up: this place is horrible for anyone wanting to move here especially those with families - DON'T MOVE HERE!!! more ... hide ...

Yesterday, I went to Liberty Square Apartments in search of a two-bedroom place and before entering the rental office, I drove around the back to get a glimpse of the property. My first impression was that I was absolutely in love with it. My first impression was that I was absolutely in love with it. Additionally, the office staff were incredibly professional and friendly - they answered all my questions about the apartments! I would not advise anyone to move here; it is a last resort. The front office staff needs to be replaced, as Brittany, supposedly the property manager, does not have the skills necessary to manage multiple apartments. There is only one dumpster for the complex and trash is everywhere. Despite being told that pest control was included in rent payments, I have only seen the pest control man in the apartments once. I had the misfortune of residing there for two years and hated every second of it. Unprofessional and impolite management, a ratchet and ghetto neighborhood, bugs infesting your home, garbage littered everywhere—it has all the potential to be nice yet is mismanaged. On top of that, I was being sued for $578 when I left in good standing. Even more unbelievably, they wanted me to pay for repairs on a refrigerator that wasn't even mine when I had been without it for a week. Heed my warning: don't move here! more ... hide ...

As a new tenant, I'm really enjoying living in this area; however, I do not appreciate people sitting on the stairs smoking. If possible, I would ask that this issue be addressed. Thank you!
