I lived here for almost a whole year and it was good Its located near a school which was perfect and if anything broke someone showed up within a couple of days Also they have a little dog park and a bathing area for dogs

Not bad so far. The people are kind and it's a peaceful neighborhood. The walls are very thin, the upstairs tenants are extremely loud, you can hear each step, every flush, etc. You can even hear their full conversationsNot bad so far. We just paid the initial rent and found out we had to pay an additional $60 "convenience fee" to pay online and a $40 charge for the common areas on the property. We were not informed about this, be sure to read the lease in full. The apartment was not exactly clean when we moved in, there was urine and feces on the toilet seats and the floors, counters, etc. weren't wiped down prior to our move. The fireplace is nice and new but you have to light the pilot each time you want to use it. The kitchen offers minimal storage for food and dishes. The heater is noisy and sounds like an airplane when running. Furthermore, I put up a privacy lattice that did not damage the property, yet I was told I'd receive a $50 fine if I did not remove it. I'm on the first floor and have no privacy. On my balcony, which they needed to inspect, I should be able to have some privacy from my neighbors, especially with all the robberies and car thefts in the parking lot.more ...hide ...
