Cherrywood Village isokay Not worth the price theyre asking for I didnt have a terrible experience here Staff was hit or miss last lady I dealt with seemed unsympathetic At one point got up to yell at kids playing in the courtyard at the pool Can we Cherrywood Village isokay Not worth the price theyre asking for I didnt have a terrible experience here Staff was hit or miss last lady I dealt with seemed unsympathetic At one point got up to yell at kids playing in the courtyard at the pool Can we not was used several times only to be met with someone else in the office yelling Its okay we know where they live if anything breaks Maintenance was amazing super helpful and fast Was hoping to stay another year here but the rent increase was astronomical and not worth what the complex had to offer Itd be one thing if the grounds were kept up but there were random landscaping edging separating the most interesting spots grass from rocks then mulch even grass fromgrass often time the edging would be rusted up jagged and sticking up in the air awaiting someone to fall upon it Both my dog and I fell into water covers in the lawn areas not properly placed back on Apartment was okay nothing special about it Wasnt the worst apartment Ive lived in but certainly nothing special about this place more ... hide ...

We have lived at Cheerywood for about 6 years While generally things have bee okay recently with the new management things have gone downhill pretty quickly especially when it comes to dealing with the office There have been a few months here where We have lived at Cheerywood for about 6 years While generally things have bee okay recently with the new management things have gone downhill pretty quickly especially when it comes to dealing with the office There have been a few months here where we have paid our rent on the first or within the first few days of the month but our payment was never applied to our account or it was but not until close to the middle or end of the month This month our payment was never applied or at least it hadnt been as of this morning We have even sent proof of our payment and still nothingnAlso we have put in several maintenance requests in the last couple of moths and no one ever came to fix things more ... hide ...

Horrible place to live The office lady here is a character Shes not willing to help with anything and shell laugh straight in your face Not exactly what I was expecting when I started renting When you have maintenance requests they wont do anything Horrible place to live The office lady here is a character Shes not willing to help with anything and shell laugh straight in your face Not exactly what I was expecting when I started renting When you have maintenance requests they wont do anything about them and if you need to call the office good luck you arent going to find anyone doing their job If you need to ask anything you HAVE to go in Overall horrible customer service Cant wait for my lease to end next month I have at least 7 friends that rent different apartments in this complex too and they will be sharing their 1 star experiences as well more ... hide ...

Leasing agent Sydney was awesome Great first impression just wanted to see some available apartments and she did a wonderful job easy to get along with The complex itself is very nice and spacious definitely recommend checking it out
