A scam Charge us extra hidden fees at move out yet we paid for amenities for 3 months during quarantine without them being open The place is nice and residents are friendly Management is out of state and just wants your money Not worth it

Recently moved to Colorado from south Florida and mountain gate was our first choice for a place to live and its has been a great one we have peace and quiet with no disturbance we would definitely recommend mountain gate based on our experience here
