When we moved in, there were plenty of issues and we had to argue with the administration team to get them addressed. The apartment was not checked before our keys were given and it was not as it had been advertised. The administration and maintenance staff change every 1-2 months, which is a huge turnover rate. Additionally, parking is a problem for certain buildings. They charge $8 to make sure that no one stays longer than they should but do not enforce it. The second pool was closed for more than a year, and opened late June 2022, but it would often close without warning and for arbitrary reasons, such as not having a staff member to clean it. The main pool has been shut down for the whole summer. We have observed people peering into cars, and other people allowing homeless people to access the facilities. People were changing their clothes in the parking lot, and it seemed as though they knew a resident. Others were wandering around with no security to shield the inhabitants. All in all, this experience has not been worth the money we are paying.more ...hide ...

Not to mention, it's situated next to Bear Creek trail. Working with the leasing office prior to moving in was pleasant, and maintenance has been prompt in taking care of any issues. When I initially arrived in June, the air conditioner was not working and I contacted the office through their online maintenance portal. The next day, someone came to inspect it and realized it needed to be replaced. I had a new one within the week, and in the meantime they provided me with a portable. During the heavy snowfall in January and February, the staff did an excellent job of shoveling. Anytime I've had a problem, it's been resolved promptly. This is an older complex and the windows could use an upgrade, but I appreciate natural light so it's not the worst. The neighbors are mostly quiet and keep to themselves. All in all, it's a nice place to live and I'm pleased with my choice!more ...hide ...
