I have been living in Waterfront Apartments for over a year and a half, but I had to resign due to personal reasons. The new management team is not that different from the old one; they are very friendly when they want you to sign the lease, but all I have been living in Waterfront Apartments for over a year and a half, but I had to resign due to personal reasons. The new management team is not that different from the old one; they are very friendly when they want you to sign the lease, but all they care about afterwards is that you pay the monthly dues. I have sent many service requests for simple things, such as activating the air conditioning in the gym, and they have not been able to fulfill them. The gym is outdated and its benches need to be replaced; I've been promised on multiple occasions that the equipment would be changed, yet nobody knows how to turn on the AC. If they say they are going to do something, make sure you get it in writing, otherwise it won't be done. As of the second week of June, only one out of the two pools is open, and the pool that is closed appears to have been forgotten by the complex. On a positive note, for those who love to go to the mountains, these apartments are only a 10-minute drive away from I-70. When signing the lease, make sure you read the fine print carefully - they are very persuasive when it comes to getting you to sign. Thank you.more ...hide ...
