Even though I and others are disappointed that it required a lot of negative reviews and hard work to get things back on track, I must say that I've noticed a great improvement - the common areas are cleaner, fewer dog droppings, the dog park is regularly cleaned and the poop bags are constantly being refilled. I'd like to thank the woman who is diligently sweeping the hallways and picking up litter in the common areas (this is the first time I've seen that, as we pay a fee for that service). Also, the new snow plow service was much appreciated. Additionally, for the first time ever, my A/C service was done in a timely manner and was well communicated. (Waiting to see if a leak persists but so far no.) I am pleasantly taken aback by this because it could have been like this years ago. All things considered, I appreciate the sudden shift and while I wouldn't recommend it at first, I do think this is a great start in restoring Glen to its former glory. more ... hide ...

I lived in this place for twelve months and my backpack was taken from my car. My neighbor also had items stolen from his vehicle. Roaches were everywhere in my flat. They said it was new carpet when I moved in, however, I swept three full containers of dirt and pet hair off the floor after settling in. The washing machines never worked. After a month of asking them to fix it, they didn't, so I asked them to take it out. There was a banging sound in the attic on the highest floor all the time. The complex towed my car without leaving a notice (they actually stole it). When I asked why, they said it was because it was in the same spot for too long. The car was always in the corner of the premises with plenty of vacant spaces around it. They never called to inform me that the vehicle was breaching any regulations. Calling the towing firm, they verified they didn't mark it for towing, the complex just told them to remove it. The month preceding my departure, my catalytic converter was taken. The rent I was paying was already absurdly high; looking at current prices is disconcerting. more ... hide ...

Spoke with one nice Prop assistant for a good 2 weeks about a 3 bedroom She insisted it was a 3 bedroom which is what I was looking for I was told to take 150 holding fee for the unit which I did so on my lunch break I had my 18 ye old with me and Spoke with one nice Prop assistant for a good 2 weeks about a 3 bedroom She insisted it was a 3 bedroom which is what I was looking for I was told to take 150 holding fee for the unit which I did so on my lunch break I had my 18 ye old with me and when we arrived The ladies were outside smoking by the pool A diff lady came in who pretty much said we were a bother and she was doing us a favor She stated she was the manager Kept talking over me and down at me She stated they have no 3 bedrooms and the one I came in to put holding fee down has been taken as of a couple days before I was furnished with the unprofessionalism of employees and the misinformation that had been given to me for weeks If employees can talk to future tenants like that I can only imagine how they are when you move in Glad I found out before I gave money and was stuck living there The reviews seem to match what we experienced Im sure anyone would be upset if they were treated like this Disappointed for sure more ... hide ...
