I pay almost 1000 a month to live here They have taken our computer room and community room away Now they want to charge us for water that we pay a 3 rate on our rent for when that was pointed out to them they decided it was to heat the hallways and I pay almost 1000 a month to live here They have taken our computer room and community room away Now they want to charge us for water that we pay a 3 rate on our rent for when that was pointed out to them they decided it was to heat the hallways and water to the washer If they upgraded anything in any of the apartments unless they are trying to rent it it would be outstanding but I have not had new carpet or paint in ten years some do not have air Some have heat that has to be hand started at the furnace donot move here more ... hide ...

Love the Management The new maintenance guy is trying to catch up on things that werent done before him They are doing well

I have been here for about 2 years now 1 with my parents and almost 1 year on my own When I moved in with my boyfriend at the time and I were PROMISED bedroom doors within two weeks I have yet to get them and its been almost a year in July I have mes I have been here for about 2 years now 1 with my parents and almost 1 year on my own When I moved in with my boyfriend at the time and I were PROMISED bedroom doors within two weeks I have yet to get them and its been almost a year in July I have messaged the landlord numerous times about it so has my ex and my mother asked well We even filled out the maintenance forms numerous times as well so the maintenance guy sees it Still nothing has been done I either get nothing back or the run around If it wasnt for my parents Iiving here I would be long gone by now I JUST WANT MY PRIVACY more ... hide ...

You literally get what you pay for Management is great but the apartment sucks I have done laundry only a handful of times and every time I do they dont dry I have had them in the dryer for 2 hrs And they are still damp They should be fixed replaced You literally get what you pay for Management is great but the apartment sucks I have done laundry only a handful of times and every time I do they dont dry I have had them in the dryer for 2 hrs And they are still damp They should be fixed replaced add more or add washerdryer hook ups in all apartments I have had to take my laundry down a flight of stairs and over to my moms to wash And then have to lug it back up the stairs I have done this for nearly 2 years now and enough is enough Fix this issue more ... hide ...
