This apartment building has BEDBUGS which I did not find out until after I had moved in The management company Related is not in compliance with HUD guidelines They have no fire evacuation plan for a building of seniors persons w disabilities There This apartment building has BEDBUGS which I did not find out until after I had moved in The management company Related is not in compliance with HUD guidelines They have no fire evacuation plan for a building of seniors persons w disabilities There was a stabbing incident between 2 residents in my hallway on Feb 8 2020 but the ownersmanagement co refuse to install security cameras in our hallways When I called the management office 4 weeks ago with my concerns they did not return my calls I went in person to the office the manager replied we are working on itnThe floors in the foyer hallways are very worn often dirty since they only have 1 maintenance person for a 104 apartment buildingnI would NOT recommend anyone live here more ... hide ...

You can choose two meals each day. During covid, the dining room is closed, but food is really good here. Some nursing homes have people that want to smoke a lot instead of work.Life here can be as private or as public as you want it to be. mom and dad have a patio outside of their apartment and they let the dog run out there if she wants to.So yes animals are permitted but I believe that there is a weight restriction. They must be on a leash.Kay works very hard to keep this a good place and also to keep it an affordable place for seniors to live.Right now, the apartment is quieter than the library, but if you want action, you can go out to the sitting room and watch a game.They have extracurricular activities, but not so much now with this virus.Hopefully things will improve when this is over. more ... hide ...
