My sister in law lives here Its a nice place and they look out for their residents Its rent controlled has air conditioninga community room and elevators The other tenants are very friendly and lookout for one another

It is an okay place to live Elevator breaks down too often for this building to be truly handicapped accessible and the hot water doesnt always work either Weve had an issue with Asian beetles as well
