I recently moved from California This place is AMAAAAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGG Its is fully upgraded and with open floor layout I am in love with my new apartmentThey are affordable too and i must say their staff is sooo nice and so helpful and welcoming

I was very excited to move into these luxury apartments after graduating and living a couple years in college apartments I have to say though I was left underwhelmed by the time I moved out after a year In considering my honest thoughts please know tI was very excited to move into these luxury apartments after graduating and living a couple years in college apartments I have to say though I was left underwhelmed by the time I moved out after a year In considering my honest thoughts please know that I believe strongly in giving credit where credit is due and I am NOT one to complainnnProsnThe apartments are beautiful on the surface and modernnWalkin closet in master bedroomnSeveral unit sizes and layoutsnNest thermostats work beautifully whether controlled from in the unit or from your phone and the eco feature was wonderful and wellusednEveryone in the office and all maintenance personnel are extremely kind and willing to helpnWonderful locationnPet and family friendlynnConsnTiny kitchen and second nonmaster bedroomnA fresh coat of paint slathered on shoddy construction closet doors fall off hinges and our front door wasnt even made for our carpeted unit leaving a gaping hole inviting air out and bugs in and neither pest control nor a new door seal have the ability to fix itnPoor plumbing bathtub drains didnt hold water well in tub or drain well during showers and toilet pressure is lownMaintenance requests are taken seriously but you cant count on always getting someone to your unit when promised and you definitely cant count on the courtesy call before handnYou will smell and hear EVERYTHING coming from your neighbors especially when sandwiched in a middle unitnPets welcome but at a cost Expect to pay pet rent that doesnt cover damagesnEven if you shampoo your carpet several times throughout your stay and leave your apartment smelling like nothing but bleach and soap at move out you will be charged for SOMETHING like pet damages that the aforementioned pet rent does NOT cover Contacting management about this concern leads to absolutely nothingmore ...hide ...

I enjoy living here. We have many choices of activities to participate in. The staff is very supportive and professional. The apartments are kept in good condition and are sized adequately.
