My ceiling caved in 2 weeks ago most of the ceiling is missing in my bathroom and has yet to be repaired Horrible roach problem as well

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL it feels like section 8 housing at this point with loads of sketchy people violent animals just running around without leashes rude and totally incompetent management who do not care about residents at all The apartments have roac THIS PLACE IS AWFUL it feels like section 8 housing at this point with loads of sketchy people violent animals just running around without leashes rude and totally incompetent management who do not care about residents at all The apartments have roaches mice etc They do not care to fix anything theyve outsourced all their maintenance calls to some call center so nothing ever gets fixed There are police at the complex at least once a week for God knows what To top it all off they are raising rent too apparently despite the apartments only getting worse I cannot recommend anyone stay here or visit here it is not safe likely biohazards with all the rodents and feces in the apartments more ... hide ...

Bern over 5 years Its was great during the 2st two years but has steadily declined since They pretty much let anyone move in now Im convinced it will be a section 8 complex soonone neighbor completely infested the whole building with roaches And it Bern over 5 years Its was great during the 2st two years but has steadily declined since They pretty much let anyone move in now Im convinced it will be a section 8 complex soonone neighbor completely infested the whole building with roaches And it took forever for management to get the tennets and roaches My family member was physically assaulted over a parking space by a visitor who lived with a tenant nothing really done Parking is HORRIBLEYou pay for a parking sticker but most the time there is no parking spaces availableespecially in the evening and at nightDont even waste your money on the parking sticker Previous Management was bad New management is even worse if that possiblelast piece of advice DO NOT MOVE IN THE 300 BUILDING at the far end of building near the churchSince Ive stayed here they put the worse tenants in the apt 308 Trust me on this LOOK ELSEWHERE more ... hide ...

I have been here for 3yrs now Had to threaten to sue because of a hand rail that needed to be replaced was taking 6 months No handrail because of a maintenance issue It was a hand rail for outdoor stairs Excuses excuses and excuses Also for the fir I have been here for 3yrs now Had to threaten to sue because of a hand rail that needed to be replaced was taking 6 months No handrail because of a maintenance issue It was a hand rail for outdoor stairs Excuses excuses and excuses Also for the first year and a half had to deal with roaches Finally it got taken care of I enjoyed the pool the most I really like my apartment but where I am located the parking has been awful I have stayed because of location the pool and I really like the floor plan and the floors are niceI was gonna try for one more year but new ownership is raising the rent for another 10000 Last year got a month s free rent So I am now currently looking for another place to live Really going to miss Donna who works here She is a super worker with a super great personality Its a shame that the old management which was very poor management has been replaced with even a more incompetent manager Such a shame more ... hide ...
