Well mantaned set in good location

The parking lot is inadequate; there are only two spots for each apartment, which is generally not enough for households with multiple cars. Consequently, visitors have no room to park.

I resided in that place for a period of 5 years, leaving at the conclusion of October. Since then I have yet to receive my deposit back. Whenever I try to contact them, either they don't pick up the phone or they never return my calls. Living here is not a great idea. In my 1.5 years of residence, I have found it very difficult to get anything repaired.
