In the past two years I had the best experience living in an apartment complex that I ever had! The townhome was the ideal size for me and my daughter. Whenever I had a maintenance problem, it was taken care of within 48 hours, or even sooner depending on the issue. The office staff is WONDERFUL!!! If I could, I'd put Ms Tiera in my car and take her with me! She cares deeply about this community and the people in it. The only issue I had were the potholes, but that's the city's fault so Oakmont shouldn't be blamed for that. If I ever move back here this will BE MY FIRST CHOICE!!! Thank you Oakmont crew!!!! You all will be missed*Update*Ms Tiera is no longer with the complex. Less than a month after she left I got a notification that my rent was three months past due. I always make sure I pay my rent on time! I phoned the office and they said their records showed I was late. I printed out my bank statements and highlighted my regular, ON TIME payments. I eventually moved away but never received an apology or explanation for the problem. The new management is not at all friendly. They got rid of the best officemore ...hide ...

I have been at Oakmont townhouses for 3 years And I have not had any problems with the lease office staff they are always willing to work with me Any time I need anything fix maintenance comes and fix it right away
