I would give more stars, if I could! I'm absolutely delighted to live here in Sackets. It is a stunning location, and the Fort Pike community is simply wonderful. It is a stunning location, and the Fort Pike community is simply wonderful. It's kept immaculately by the maintenance and management staff. Whenever I have needed anything, they have always been there to help me right away. For instance, when I moved in, I had difficulty connecting my wifi router. One of the managers graciously lent me her own personal spare. This winter, when I got my car stuck in a snow bank at the marina, I phoned the maintenance staff. Even though the marina is not part of the Fort Pike property, they hurried over and got me out in a flash. Apart from the outstanding staff, the amenities are superb. Having access to a pool, mailroom, salon, and dumpsters on site is a huge advantage. Not to mention the amazing lakefront view from my apartment. Furthermore, I have both a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, and my electric bill stays low, even in the colder months, since the apartments are well insulated and come with high-end heating/cooling systems. I could go on, but just know that this is a great place to reside! Friendly personnel, immaculate grounds and apartments, and overall a pleasant place to live. more ... hide ...

Fort Pike Commons is a great place to live For one the location is beautiful You are a quarter mile away from the water there are plenty of runningwalkingbiking trails and the town itself has so much character The commute to the Fort Drum main gate i Fort Pike Commons is a great place to live For one the location is beautiful You are a quarter mile away from the water there are plenty of runningwalkingbiking trails and the town itself has so much character The commute to the Fort Drum main gate is about 20 minutes and it is about 10 minutes into Watertown Second the apartments themselves are very nice We had a 2 bedroom ranch style and it fit us perfectly Not to mention that we found all of our neighbors to be pleasant and friendly and the neighborhood itself is generally very quiet Finally the staff is great Bonnie keeps the tenants well informed and the maintenance staff is extremely responsive helpful and friendly Both our move in and move out experiences went very smoothly We will definitely miss the great people of Fort Pike Commons when we move to our next duty station more ... hide ...
