The maintenance and office staff were amicable and quick to address any problems. They clean the stairwells each week and shampoo the carpets annually. They also look after the exterior gardens, creating a pleasant view to behold from the balconies. They are swift in shoveling snow off the parking lots and sprinkling salt on the walkways. In addition, they notify the inhabitants of any water and electricity outages beforehand. The area around the complexes is tranquil and secure. People often take strolls down the winding road. There are both seniors and families with young kids, so one can hear the sounds of children playing and parents quarreling through the walls. Yet, that is to be expected. Everyone in the area is quite friendly. It is conveniently situated near stores and schools. My family and I have no major grievances. My kids made many friends here, and overall, we have been content with our stay. Although I am a sap, we will miss it. I would highly suggest Cobblestone Apartments to those seeking a cost-effective and comfortable abode.more ...hide ...
