Although I hadn't been able to visit in person, I was willing to take the risk and break my lease if needed. My main issue with the place is the false advertising - when asked about bugs or rodents, the leasing office assured me there were none; however, dead roaches were on carpets and soon after mice ran across my cousin's feet. The rent was low which indicated why the area was rough but it was still misleading as pictures presented did not reflect reality. Furthermore, they refused to wait when my travel delay caused me 15 minutes late for move-in so we had to stay in a hotel for three days while our belongings outside our door got stolen over the weekend. The women in the office are rude and unhelpful - even when offered solutions they don't care! more ... hide ...
