I've been living at Addison Apts. for two and a half years and plan to stay for a long time. My apartment is lovely. The bedrooms and lounge are roomy, the dining area is ample for a fashionable set-up, and my kitchen has plenty of cupboard space. The bedrooms and lounge are roomy, the dining area is ample for a fashionable set-up, and my kitchen has plenty of cupboard space. I have wood flooring all over that I'm always praised for. A lengthy hallway splits the bedrooms and bath from the rest of the apartment. I've never seen a pest in my apartment, thankfully, since that would be intolerable. I keep my space clean and never observe bugs or rodents (the building also treats our units every couple of months). I have great central air and heat, and the utility costs are affordable throughout the year. Additionally, there's lots of hot water. Parking is free and there's space for everyone, even a parking spot for visitors. The building managers and maintenance staff are great! They don't mess around and don't chat, but are professional, get the job done quickly when needed and then keep going - just the way it should be. The grounds are maintained well. My neighbors are alright, I just keep to myself. Though I have met a few tenants who have been living here for years and are content. The complex and immediate surroundings are generally quiet, except for infrequent minor events. The nursing home is just across from our buildings and shares a parking lot with us. Lastly, the highway is about one minute away and I'm only more ... hide ...

The manager is extremely unprofessional and nasty The apartments are very old So old that my work computer kept cutting off due to the out dated wiring in for the apt The paint over holes left by the last tenet then try to charge you The so called se The manager is extremely unprofessional and nasty The apartments are very old So old that my work computer kept cutting off due to the out dated wiring in for the apt The paint over holes left by the last tenet then try to charge you The so called security doors can easily be opened with credit cards sliding down the doors They tried to charge me 35 dollars to replace the smoke alarm battery I was the only African American in the building and since the locked door is easily opened a homeless African American man kept getting in the building sleeping I received an email saying he was my company and I didnt know the man and I was the person who reported it The neighbors report everything to management and management tends to listen without investigation Dont do it Its not safe and management is difficult to deal with This is not spam either You guys need to do better with those doors They not very secure Your selling tan delusion more ... hide ...

Well i used to live there but an strange boy with a mask killed all my family that was really strange
