Emergency maintenance came to take a look and said he would return after he checked upstairs, but he never came back (we heard he said he had never seen a leak like this). Later on, after the holiday, Mike arrived and solved all the problems, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 1. He managed to fix the leak even though it was very hot outside, and now they are here painting and repairing everything that was damaged. Mike deserves 10 stars for his work, as he got the job done and followed up as promised. She lost about 100$ in groceries plus the microwave and air fryer, which was probably ruined due to the water. However, Mike saved the day. The person who was supposed to be in charge of emergency maintenance that night deserves -5 stars though. I am thankful for Mike for coming and dealing with all the issues. Also, the place is a lot quieter than what people say. They have cameras and security now, and it's a great place to stay as it is affordable and has lots of parking. It's a great area to move to and they haven't had any problems for the past two years. I loved there many years ago My sister and brother in law live there now Ive been in the apartment many times and it is tremendously horrific When the upstairs people take a shower the water runs down into their bathroom fortunately I runs not drips I loved there many years ago My sister and brother in law live there now Ive been in the apartment many times and it is tremendously horrific When the upstairs people take a shower the water runs down into their bathroom fortunately I runs not drips into their bathtub There is a 34 inch piece of plywood on the ceiling of their bathroom over the tub I guess the ignorant maintenance crew thinks this will stop the leaknI was over there last week They had the air conditioning running I walked into her bedroom towards the bathroom and it was hot I asked why it was so hot My sister said they replaced some pipes that busted under the floor The pipes were so hot I could literally feel the heat through my shoesnnThis place absolutely needs to be torn down They dont pay enough for good maintenance people obviously more ... hide ...

We have had great experiences with Dawn The staff is always professinal and friendly whrmen my wife or I call Maintenance has always come out same day to resolve any urgent issues Neighborhood is quiet except for young kids playing
