I only dropped by to visit my uncle. I'm not too familiar with the apartment complex. It looks the same as it did 35 years ago when my aunt and her husband first moved in. All I can rate a business on is what I have personally seen. This leads to something I noticed while I was on G-Maps the last time I visited my uncle. The pictures in the rental add for Country Club showed recently renovated units that I had never seen before. I figured they were still working on them and hadn't reached my uncle's yet. I also noticed something similar at another complex, Summer Set, which is a student rental for UI at the corner of National and State. The inside of the units in that complex don't look like the ads, which made me curious about other housing units in the Southside. more ... hide ...

The office is absolutely amazing and the staff were very friendly and genuine

Im currently a tenant and anybody looking into these apartments PLEASSEEE DO NOT MOVE HERE I moved here February of 2022 After my first two weeks I had to move into a different apartment building because the first apartment was INFESTED WITH ROACHES Im currently a tenant and anybody looking into these apartments PLEASSEEE DO NOT MOVE HERE I moved here February of 2022 After my first two weeks I had to move into a different apartment building because the first apartment was INFESTED WITH ROACHES Now that my next door neighbors have moved out I am now beginning to kill roaches on a daily AGAIN The first chance I get Im moving when my lease is up Nothing will stop the infestation other than them tearing down all the buildings and starting over They went up rent the beginning of the year knowing they have a serious bug problem Im highly disappointed and do not recommend this place AT ALL more ... hide ...
