Hi my name is Zane I have 2 children 1 is going on 3 the other is 7 month old I left a message about our refrigerator going out Friday the work order was not placed until late Saturday evening in the meantime we are losing our food they say they wil Hi my name is Zane I have 2 children 1 is going on 3 the other is 7 month old I left a message about our refrigerator going out Friday the work order was not placed until late Saturday evening in the meantime we are losing our food they say they will not do anything about it until Monday so I guess I will lose all of our childrens food the maintenance man refuses to come and look at it All they have to do is bring me a if refrigerator from a vacant unit they are not willing to do so I have ice cream thats like Pudding hot dogs are Unfrozen sausage is unfrozen and by Indiana state law a refrigerator outage is an emergency they do not think so so I guess once again I will have to replace all my food that is hard enough at the moment to buy anyways so it has pretty well close to taken them 24 hours to put in a work Order Over a refrigerator outage Now they are telling me I have to wait till Monday to have it looked at more ... hide ...

Has not been a very good experience Was made to sign the lease before being let in apt contrary to what lease says Was given a sticker for car to park in complex then verbally told 2 months later that sticker replacement is 100 even though I was nev Has not been a very good experience Was made to sign the lease before being let in apt contrary to what lease says Was given a sticker for car to park in complex then verbally told 2 months later that sticker replacement is 100 even though I was never told that or signed anything stating that policy Was told it is common sense Not sure when apt complexes started doing things based on common sense but Im sure my attorney will have something to say about all this Turned in apt status repair needs with first rent have seen no onethat was July 2015 Was told lease says no smoking in apt but that exists NOWHERE in my lease Was told school bus came into complexanother lie Think REALLY hard before moving herethat is IF you can get anyone in office to answer phone or be in the office during office hours more ... hide ...
