I stated if the dog came at us, I would kick him with my steel toe boots. However, Vanessa and Cindy refused to listen to my side of the story and threatened to kick us out. I was then told that "The other person has been a long time resident and her story seems to be a bit more believable!" I reiterated that when it came to my family, I would do whatever was necessary to protect them. It is clear that this place is only concerned with ensuring they receive their Section 8 government funds, rather than looking after the tenants. Thus, we will not be renewing our lease and I would suggest that anyone looking to move in here, should look elsewhere that values their tenants!more ...hide ...

These look wonderful from the outside with well kept grounds and nice landscaping. The leasing agents are friendly and this may be a great place to live but they have a 5+ year waiting list.
