When it comes to dealing with their Section 8 tenants, Vanessa and Cindy have no middle ground! They are always right and you are wrong. They are always right and you are wrong. When Vanessa's tenant's big pitbull almost attacked me and my family, I was told to get a better leash or give the dog away. I stated if the dog came at us, I would kick him with my steel toe boots. However, Vanessa and Cindy refused to listen to my side of the story and threatened to kick us out. I was then told that "The other person has been a long time resident and her story seems to be a bit more believable!" I reiterated that when it came to my family, I would do whatever was necessary to protect them. It is clear that this place is only concerned with ensuring they receive their Section 8 government funds, rather than looking after the tenants. Thus, we will not be renewing our lease and I would suggest that anyone looking to move in here, should look elsewhere that values their tenants! more ... hide ...

If I could I wouldnt give any stars at all The maintenance team is phenomenal at what they do and if something is broke they are quick and efficient at fixing it But when it comes to dealing with the front office and that HORRIBLE RUDE NASTY UNPROFE If I could I wouldnt give any stars at all The maintenance team is phenomenal at what they do and if something is broke they are quick and efficient at fixing it But when it comes to dealing with the front office and that HORRIBLE RUDE NASTY UNPROFESSIONAL lady who they call Cindy is a whole different story Her alone is what drives most of our potential residents and current residents away Shes one of the main reasons why we are choosing not to renew our lease after being long time 5 year residents Anytime you have to call and speak with anyone up front or Cindy it is just a horrible horrible experience They are the most UNPROFESSIONAL front office workers I have ever seen If they would fire them ladies upfront and hire new people Id bet youd start seeing alot more better reviews on here and ALOT MORE RESIDENTS more ... hide ...
