Have to call multiple times before maintenance comes I dont like how they are allowed to come into your apartment while you are not there I am suspecting the maintenance worker are stealing out of peoples apartment while they arent home because I not Have to call multiple times before maintenance comes I dont like how they are allowed to come into your apartment while you are not there I am suspecting the maintenance worker are stealing out of peoples apartment while they arent home because I noticed some of my belongings are missing and I never have company Suppose to change filters every 3 months but come every 6 months Parking is HORRIBLE When I signed my lease they told us 2 parking spots per apartment but after I complained they said there was no assigned parking When it clearly states in the lease its 2 parking spots per apartment Only good thing about these apartments is the renting price and its a nice apartment but not worth all the problems more ... hide ...

Water shutoffs occurred around 4-5 times a month, but since these were mostly during the day when I wasn't at home, they weren't a problem. In the last period of my stay, the staff started to have some issues. Before the expiration of my lease, I called in to give my sixty days' notice, but the person I spoke with either forgot or failed to put in the notice. Consequently, I received an email a few weeks before the deadline saying I hadn't given any notification and my lease was about to end. When I called to clarify, the office worker sent the email right away. That same afternoon, I was informed that I would be charged extra beyond the lease, plus a separate fee for not giving notice properly. When I called again to complain, I was told that nothing could be done. After I had moved out, my deposit was refunded, and when I went to pay, I discovered I didn't owe anything. I called to confirm, only to find out the amount had been sent to collections, though I had never missed any payments. All in all, things weren't too bad until the end. more ... hide ...
