He discriminates, invades people's privacy, is rude, nasty, unprofessional and a drunkard who can't sing karaoke. No talent whatsoever. He has an old woman managing the place in Mt. Pleasant, but she is ineffective and talks about other people's private matters. There are a lot of bullies in the area who harass and persecute unsuspecting tenants. People also make up lies about others and gossip behind their backs. There is no class or courtesy. If you have a complaint, the inebriated manager will blame you or reprimand you like a kid. It's a very dysfunctional area. Unsatisfied management and unhappy inhabitants. Avoid Maple Leaf at all costs. It's not worth the stress. Seek out a place with more decency.
