We hear our neighbors going ons. Also, the windows are very cheap! During the winter time, you have to put plastic on them so the wind does not blow into your apartment.The snow and grass need to be cut and plowed by contracting it out. Many residents, concerns do not get followed up on. The communication between residents and the manager, is a joke. The after hours answering machines, needs to be gone through daily and get a better machine that could hold more messages.There is a $20 water fee each month. It seems to me, and other residents.
