The staff is super friendly the amenities are topnotch and the location is great I know that I found my new place

As requested as an update Each apt has its own private fencedin patio and small yardgarden This is such a PLUS that sets this complex aside from others Also Ive NEVER seen a bug in my apt or in ANY apt in this bldg and the complex provides exterminat As requested as an update Each apt has its own private fencedin patio and small yardgarden This is such a PLUS that sets this complex aside from others Also Ive NEVER seen a bug in my apt or in ANY apt in this bldg and the complex provides extermination monthly to keep it that way Each building has only 8 apts and is surrounded by mature trees foliage and landscaping Most buildings never hear any street noise or traffic Very quiet Two convenience stores are within walking distance as are 2 Bus routesn Im here 10 years now Enough said I highly recommend it No dishwashers in the 1 bdrm apts more ... hide ...

They were very accommodating with my schedule and really made my movein process a breeze They were also able to get me a much better price than I had been receiving on other similar places in the area
