Worst place EVER This apartment is just the worst Trash are always overflowing the stair way is filthy guys just sit and smoke on the stair way and you have to ask them to pass to enter your apartment Management is the WORST AC is always breaking Dow Worst place EVER This apartment is just the worst Trash are always overflowing the stair way is filthy guys just sit and smoke on the stair way and you have to ask them to pass to enter your apartment Management is the WORST AC is always breaking Down I moved out on May 1 and they took some of my deposit When I went by the lady told me that she dont see why they took it and then said it was for overall cleaning expenses When I ask to show me what they had to clean because I have my pictures to prove I left the apartment spotless she said she will email it to me Its been almost 3 months and until now I havent receive any emails with any pictures from her I am happy I am out of this junk yard and finally at an actual apartment more ... hide ...

DO NOT MOVE HERE Maintenance doesnt maintain anything Tons of issues with my apartment that are never resolved I have mold growing on my furniture clothes shoes etc due to a malfunctioning AC unit that has been jerry rigged by maintenance numerous ti DO NOT MOVE HERE Maintenance doesnt maintain anything Tons of issues with my apartment that are never resolved I have mold growing on my furniture clothes shoes etc due to a malfunctioning AC unit that has been jerry rigged by maintenance numerous times after it had been out for over a month in the dead of summer last year Base boards are falling apart all appliances are shot my cabinets smell of must and mildew no matter how much I clean with mold and mildew remover We just had a drive by shooting in January of 2022 this year and they upped the rent 300 now charging people for trash even though its constantly overflowed The leasing office could care less about you or your problems They basically force you to leave because at the end of the day they know theyll just get another tenant in here in no time Im stuck here for another 10 months and maybe longer due to the housing crisis in Florida Its sad no one has humanity anymore more ... hide ...

Previous management company was great New management company quite honestly sucks They had several times where the dumpsters were overflowing and one of those times it was for weeks on end They brought in portable dumpsters but didnt communicate the Previous management company was great New management company quite honestly sucks They had several times where the dumpsters were overflowing and one of those times it was for weeks on end They brought in portable dumpsters but didnt communicate the issue to anyone And the new tenants were paying for trash They didnt answer service calls in any sort of timely manner They upped the rent significantly and all we got out of it was paint outside and the roof worked on Woo hoo Its definitely not worth the rent So I left for a much better apartment complex more ... hide ...

Only good thing about this place is the friendly maintenance men Rick the other guy have been great with communicating and repairing things
