Some of the tenants cause confusion and attempt to tear things up because #1. They dont care and never had anything #2 they dont like nice clean places. Most of the demographic is young. This community would like to see a change in which every tenant take pride in keeping the community safe, clean, inviting, crime free. She called the office, and still today, just a few days before Christmas and she might not be able to cook her holiday meal. Today, we got stuck in the elevator. We called the help button, which was answered and we were told that shed have maintenance come, but after 10 minutes no one came...we ended up calling the fire department. I am just livid about the unprofessionalism displayed at this property.
