I dont usually post negative Its getting tough to rentown a place these days but if youre looking at this place to move in maybe reconsider Whole Management team doesnt care about anything except getting you in so you can be on contract to pay them M I dont usually post negative Its getting tough to rentown a place these days but if youre looking at this place to move in maybe reconsider Whole Management team doesnt care about anything except getting you in so you can be on contract to pay them My family and I moved here from CA and only had the words of the person working in the office and the website to make our decisionnnAdvertised gym none of the equipment works Advertised basketball courts Gates randomly locked and people that work in the office somehow dont know why or how its lockednnAdvertised 2 pools Both havent been open at all andnnits now July Advertised laundry facilities in each building nnWashers and dryers break and office team does nothing about it Tenants have to call the company to fix itnnOffice barely answer the phones to address issues Fallen trees stay down broken windows stay broken There are some nice small lakes throughout the neighborhood though So I guess that makes up for everything more ... hide ...

If I could rate zero stars I would Terrible place to live My boyfriends lease was 12 months originally and when he renewed they only did 10 months We were going to move last year and thought we had longer to find another place and discovered his leas If I could rate zero stars I would Terrible place to live My boyfriends lease was 12 months originally and when he renewed they only did 10 months We were going to move last year and thought we had longer to find another place and discovered his lease was improperly renewed forcing him to renew again to avoid being without a place to stay It is trashy laundry room has been out of order for almost two years now Busted window that they fixed with duct tape Bathrooms small and tubs need to be refurbished Disposal in sink always going out and it take months to get anything fixed I see cars double parked or even making their own parking spots ALL the time and they are there constantly My car was towed for double parking and there is no signage or anything letting residents know there is a tow company patrolling the parking lot Cars are broken into and stolen out here constantly Bad just terrible place to live I would not recommend to a roach more ... hide ...
