It's already difficult to locate a TRUSTWORTHY, SPOTLESS, SECURE apartment complex in Greensboro without having to pay an amount equivalent to a mortgage. With the amount of money I'm spending, over $1000, this place is outrageous. The front desk sta It's already difficult to locate a TRUSTWORTHY, SPOTLESS, SECURE apartment complex in Greensboro without having to pay an amount equivalent to a mortgage. With the amount of money I'm spending, over $1000, this place is outrageous. The front desk staff is really amiable and responsive but the "renovations" in the apartment are of really poor quality, like a cheap imitation of the luxurious apartments you find online. There are holes, protrusions and the paint job on the doors and ceilings is terrible, the door of my bathroom doesn't close properly, cockroaches are EVERYWHERE and I don't even want to talk about the state of the neighborhood. Every time I think about the amount I'm giving them to live like this, it infuriates me even more. Initially, the roaches were small and only appeared in my kitchen (there was no food there, I had just moved in). When I told the front desk, they said they make sure to upkeep the units when no one is living there, which I'm almost certain can't be true. Anyway, she set up a time for the pest control to come. As soon as they arrived, the roaches disappeared and did not return. Now I received an email about the whole building getting pest control maintenance (which still hasn't happened). I'm really disgusted living here, don't squander your hard earned money. more ... hide ...

Its an amazing complex to live Juan does the maintenance and he completes requests quickly and in some cases on the same day They recently remodeled the interior and I am very pleased with it You also cannot ask for a better surrounding area
