I have never stayed in a worse apartment complex. I would never suggest that anyone move into these units. The floors in the living room and kitchen are in poor condition. The floors in the living room and kitchen are in poor condition. The kitchen sink is broken and emits water that spreads all over the counters and floors, making it impossible to wash dishes without making a mess. The bathroom sink has no water pressure and leaks when it is turned on. The bathroom floors are also falling apart. Both the front and back doors have sizable gaps that let in cold air. There is an infestation of roaches, but there has been no sign of an exterminator. A newsletter stated that it is up to the tenants to get rid of the bugs. However, on the government-owned property, there is a note saying that if the landlord, Ms. Troxler, is made aware of roaches, it will be taken care of. Some tenants have two or more dogs, and some even have dogs that bite people. When I presented a note from a doctor stating that I needed my animal for mental health reasons, she threatened to kick me and my family out. This is completely unacceptable. I can only give one star, because I would not give any stars if I could.more ...hide ...

My floor started caving in around my bathrobe and kitchen area as well. Even after reporting the issues, they said it was only a temperature issue and refused to fix it. The sink in the kitchen became clogged and the one in the bathroom would leak from the hot water line or become clogged itself. After complaining to my landlord about these issues for over a year, they still haven't sent anyone out to repair anything. When I gave notice that I was leaving, she asked why; so I informed her about all of these problems that had been going on for some time now but all she could say was "Are you sure you want to move? We're remodeling apartments." There has been no remodeling at all nor any fixing of what's wrong with my apartment so why would I stay there? Although these are low-income apartments, no one should have to live like this; with mold growing under their sink due to having taken apart pipes just so they can wash dishes in their bathtub instead. Nobody wants this especially when paying close to average rent for a 3 bedroom place.more ...hide ...
