It stopped working again on Monday and I submitted a repair request. Unfortunately, up to this Thursday, I have not received any response. With the heat wave we are having, the temperatures inside my townhouse have been ranging from 83 to 86 degrees, which is horrible. I have even had to find someone to take care of my dogs because of the heat. I have been sleeping on the sofa with two fans pointed at me since the upper level is unbearable. Regarding the leak in the kitchen coming from the upstairs bathroom, they have not bothered to do anything about it and I suspect it may have been there long enough to cause mold. It seems like they would rather ignore safety issues rather than take any action. When I first moved here, they wanted to give me a roach-infested townhouse and their proposed solution was so inadequate. I regret ever choosing to move here. I would give it a zero-star rating if I could.more ...hide ...

I have never seen a more crooked property management company, unfortunately there are many in this state. I almost became a resident at the Gardens at Country Club. Granted, some of the troubles were caused by the previous rental property stalling the verification process, however the inadequate communication made it difficult too. In short, I had utilities running, but was not able to move in after a month. It was only then that I found out I needed to pay an extra $1,000 (which was not brought up when we discussed the cost and I was not told the $325 deposit was non-refundable). I offered to buy the renter's insurance for $9, even though I had my own, but had to buy theirs. After many inconsistencies, I decided not to go through with it. The worst part was that after I told them three times, twice over the phone and once in an email, that I was no longer interested, they said it could take 30-90 days to get my money back. However, it took no time for them to take my money. Avoid this leasing company like the plague!more ...hide ...
