I lived in my apartment for four years and enjoyed it, despite the human element of partying college kids, drug dealers and drug users. However, when someone bought the section I was living in and started making "renovations," my life was thrown intoI lived in my apartment for four years and enjoyed it, despite the human element of partying college kids, drug dealers and drug users. However, when someone bought the section I was living in and started making "renovations," my life was thrown into chaos. The new owner only cared about the government funding they could get while hiring illegal immigrants who couldn't speak English as job foremen. Every day for six months we were subjected to crews with keys to each apartment barging in without warning. We were expected to drop everything so they could do their substandard work; property such as my car tires were damaged, and some tenants had things stolen or were even threatened by management! It got so bad that I had to move out of my home and seek counseling. Other tenants also moved out; nobody would listen to our complaints or help us, including local housing inspectors (who probably skimmed off some money too). Never before have I been treated so badly- constantly harassed and demeaned- not feeling safe in my own home due to someone playing dollhouse is outrageous! In conclusion: DO NOT APPLY HERE unless you want insecurity and trouble; those who live here are taken advantage of just because they can't afford anywhere else- PATHETIC!more ...hide ...

Descent apartments but nosey people. People talk to the office about you lile their right. When they be looking in.people windows. But for the most part its a pretty decent community
