To whom it may concern I am a resident at sedgefield apartments sense i been here there has been 3 sets of property managers here and this 3rd one now one has been by far the best management herenMrs Nancy Plowden and Mrs Janaya ColemannHas did a ful To whom it may concern I am a resident at sedgefield apartments sense i been here there has been 3 sets of property managers here and this 3rd one now one has been by far the best management herenMrs Nancy Plowden and Mrs Janaya ColemannHas did a full 360 herr at this placenMaintenance has been addressed as soon as there is an issuenThe garbage men are coming morenThey show up to work everyday on time and stay there full shiftnThey keep the grounds coean and very respectful to the tentsnAnyone that has anything negative to say is because there probably behind and rent and dont want to paynI personal was over 400000 behind in rentnAnd not able to work at the timenAlthough i communicated with MrsNancy and MrsJanaya and they was very understanding and was able to provide resources for assistantsnMost of all they was able to get the pool back opennSo thank to everyone that played a part in this great changen more ... hide ...

Prior management was garbage would say people were not paying their rent even though that had payment receipts and could show where the funds came out of their bank accounts It would say NFS beside it even when at the beginning of the month there wou Prior management was garbage would say people were not paying their rent even though that had payment receipts and could show where the funds came out of their bank accounts It would say NFS beside it even when at the beginning of the month there would be no additional charges tacked on to the monthly charges how can they let someone go 23 months behind on rent and not do or say anything sketchy right So many people were having this happen that people just started to up and move it was really bad and now new management cant explain whats going on either its so frustrating then we have raised rent prices but yet the pool isnt open and if you go to the laundry after 5 the machines are cut off why raise the rent when we cant even use what we pay for more ... hide ...
