The parking lot has been filled with holes for three years, and when we contacted HUD, there was no response. This is an elderly and handicapped apartment complex, and there have been multiple car break-ins. Someone got stuck in the elevator and the fire department asked me to find the maintenance man or the manager, but it was 4 PM and they had both left. The elevator was out of order for a week and tenants with disabilities were unable to come down the stairs. The move out rate this month alone is horrendous and many are saying they will be leaving, my sister included. This used to be a great complex, it felt like a family until this manager took over; we never had to worry about bedbugs or roaches. Hopefully, this honesty will not be deleted. I took a look at moss gardens and I really love the way its made and everything I just had a question is this made for low income to everyone or just elderly and handicap disabled

The management staff is professional and caring The property is beautifully landscaped and it is a treasure located within walking distance of several conveniences
