DorThe on-duty manager is very rude, harassing people and making the actual rules clear, only to then go back on them and create her own. She is biased in who she is nice to, and the people who come to visit their family members at the Villas of Mt. Dora are wrongly accused and made to feel like they are criminals! She is extremely judgmental and frankly, needs to be removed from her role as Manager on Duty. It is supposed to be allowed to have a visitor 14 days out of 45 and you're supposed to call and inform her every time someone visits or stays the night; otherwise, she threatens to evict you. This is preposterous, this is not a military base, but a place of residence, and people should be able to have their family members visit without fear of eviction. I truly hope that someone higher up intervenes and believes the tenants over her, as there are numerous complaints about her. Please work to resolve this or else I will not be able to visit my grandfather without a confrontation. These people are not prisoners or little 15 year olds, so stop oppressive behavior. I believe you would do better as a teacher than a manager. On a side note, the maintenance man is very nice and does a great job, being considerate of the tenants of the Villas and treating them fairly. Thank you. Beatrice.more ...hide ...
