DO NOT waste your time with this place Applying here has been nothing but hell from the start I applied here in August and got called towards the end of September and was told to come into the office and turn in 680 deposit and sign papers to move foDO NOT waste your time with this place Applying here has been nothing but hell from the start I applied here in August and got called towards the end of September and was told to come into the office and turn in 680 deposit and sign papers to move forward with the apartment I got my deposit to them within a week thats how much time they allow you and once deposit is turned in they send it to corporate and I was told by the property manager it could take up to a month at the longest before Im in the place Turned deposit in on October 1st and signed papers They leave you in the dark the whole time You have to consistently call up there or visit to see whats going on with your application The manager at this property is very under qualified and overwhelmed I finally was approved Novemeber 27th Almost 2 months Property manager called and told me to get electric turned on and they will hand over the keys to me I asked how much my rent is going to be and I was told 500 month I was surprised because I work part time and property manager said my rent shouldnt be higher than 300 per month based off my income I was told its going to be higher due to a deposit on my bank account the deposit was a family member loaning me the 680 so I could move into this place They told me the deposit was counted as part of my income and thats why rent was high I told the property manager I could not afford that alone because Im a single mom working part time I told her I wanted to withdraw my application and have my deposit refunded She said she understood and called her boss to see what she needs to do I was told to come in and sign a form that says I want my deposit returned to me and I came into the office on December 5th It is now January 7th and they still havent even wrote the check to me These people are the slowest at getting anything done and if you call corporate theyre full of excuses and somehow someone is always out of the office always the person you need to speak to Property manager blames corporate and says theyre slow because theyre training new people and corporate says they had just received my papers The property manager always waits last min to turn in any documents that you sign My application sat on her desk for almost a whole month before it was actually turned in and she always blames corporate So Im still out 680 and I have never even been a tenant here Renters just be awaremore ...hide ...
