With no explanation provided either time, the 2 previous man I have filled out two applications for an apartment, one over 5 years ago, and the other over 3 years ago after the first application mysteriously disappeared. With no explanation provided either time, the 2 previous managers managed to lose both of them. After that, I was placed on a waiting list, once again providing necessary documentation and was told I would receive a letter once a year asking if I want to remain on the list. I called after receiving the first letter and confirmed that I want stay on the list. Had to call when I didnt get the second letter and, once again, was advised that application was lost as well.
