This place is nothing but a trash pit Its so bad that nobody wants to be property manager We have none The lady in the office even said this place needs to burn to the ground Not one Management company has ever put the time effort or money into the a This place is nothing but a trash pit Its so bad that nobody wants to be property manager We have none The lady in the office even said this place needs to burn to the ground Not one Management company has ever put the time effort or money into the apartments and thats why they are all falling apart Building 6 needs a new roof I wonder how long that will take People cant even use their bathrooms cause they could fall through the floor They were told to use a neighbors bathroom On top of everything that needs to be fixed this place is infested with everything including drug dealers drugs and whatever else The market rent for a 1 bedroom here is over 1000 a month Now thats a big joke When I leave Im not paying a damn thing to these people if they say I owe something If I could give this place a zero I would If Sage Management really cared about this place they would fix it but no Slumlords yes Dont bother with this place more ... hide ...

The management here is all the same they promise tenants repairs they never follow through with My daughter and grandchildren have lived in these apartments for more than six years During which time she was promised new flooring which she still hasnt The management here is all the same they promise tenants repairs they never follow through with My daughter and grandchildren have lived in these apartments for more than six years During which time she was promised new flooring which she still hasnt received Each member of management has promised her a new stove over the past six years and the best that they have done was replace her stove that burned you if you were cooking in the oven to a stove that the oven doesnt work and now the top of the stove doesnt work either So now she has no stove the maintenance men reported this to the office and as usual its the same old we will order her a new stove which was promised to her three months ago by the new management team or receive a second used stove SMH this place is only interested in getting their rent as long as the tenants dont complain too much and when they do its threats This place is a joke and their management are all the same empty promises more ... hide ...
