Looks like a great place Beautiful grounds and nice staff But the vast majority of the apartments are rented based on income with only 4 apartments available for market pricing disappointing
Lethal speed bumps here Be extremely cautious driving through As you should anyways since its residential but you will need to come to a complete stop for these ones Many cars get scraped up

My mother has lived here for 8 years and loves it. The management is so much nicer than other places that she has stayed. clean community too.

Been here 8 years . Slowly but surely they are taking away everything that makes it a home from you .
