Not happy about this place at all kicking us out for no reason No worries what so ever Except the fact that they cant take care of nothing Im on time with my rent and I still get the boot Screw this messed up place

Looks like a nice place to live at first but quickly found that the management neglects the living conditions of the residents When we first move in our bedroom window was ajar and would not latch from the inside I only found this out when we woke up Looks like a nice place to live at first but quickly found that the management neglects the living conditions of the residents When we first move in our bedroom window was ajar and would not latch from the inside I only found this out when we woke up to a room temperature below freezing and I had to fix this problem myself We were informed that our units dishwasher was broken and would receive one the following month It has been 4 months and we are still wasting an absurd amount of money of water and sewerage just to wash dishes during this we have observed new dishwasher being installed into vacant units Our AC has not worked this whole time and the maintenance guy is clearly incapable of fixing it There is a pile of broken glass adjacent to the children play place that has been there for at least a week In addition an anonymous resident has brought to our attention that the air filters have not been changed in a while if ever If I could save one just renter from this nightmare I will be satisfied the management will chronically neglect you more ... hide ...

This is the worst place to live in Ralston and surrounding areas They expect you to share showers with everyone like your in prison Paying over a 1000 a month and paying a lot in water and gas They need to have a maintenance person who knows what to This is the worst place to live in Ralston and surrounding areas They expect you to share showers with everyone like your in prison Paying over a 1000 a month and paying a lot in water and gas They need to have a maintenance person who knows what to do to take care of the property The dryer caught fire last week because the do not care for their tenants The maintenance guy says he fixes the plumbing and holes in the ceiling just for it to leak the very same day Something needs to be done with this place The health department will be notified of all of this The management here really does not do their job Again this place is the worst place to rent from Better think twice more ... hide ...

New Management and Maintenance are great I have lived here for a couple years now Had some problems with previous maintenance but the new team has resolved all of my issues For the money this place is great
