Looks like a nice place to live at first but quickly found that the management neglects the living conditions of the residents When we first move in our bedroom window was ajar and would not latch from the inside I only found this out when we woke upLooks like a nice place to live at first but quickly found that the management neglects the living conditions of the residents When we first move in our bedroom window was ajar and would not latch from the inside I only found this out when we woke up to a room temperature below freezing and I had to fix this problem myself We were informed that our units dishwasher was broken and would receive one the following month It has been 4 months and we are still wasting an absurd amount of money of water and sewerage just to wash dishes during this we have observed new dishwasher being installed into vacant units Our AC has not worked this whole time and the maintenance guy is clearly incapable of fixing it There is a pile of broken glass adjacent to the children play place that has been there for at least a week In addition an anonymous resident has brought to our attention that the air filters have not been changed in a while if ever If I could save one just renter from this nightmare I will be satisfied the management will chronically neglect youmore ...hide ...

New Management and Maintenance are great I have lived here for a couple years now Had some problems with previous maintenance but the new team has resolved all of my issues For the money this place is great
