Rent never stays the same things dont get fixed in timely manner When I first moved in a couple years ago the place was amazing so was the manager she always got things time on time and was very helpful and understanding Unfortunately management chan Rent never stays the same things dont get fixed in timely manner When I first moved in a couple years ago the place was amazing so was the manager she always got things time on time and was very helpful and understanding Unfortunately management changed and everything went down hill from there No place for the kids to play gym is always closed when I first moved in we had a code and could use whenever When asked why my rent went up from 762 to 785 for our four bedroom I got the response of well the price of living goes up and how I should basically feel lucky and asked how I knew it went up I looked online thats how I knew When I first moved in my rent never went up like this and we have four children and both work and just trying to make it I wouldnt recommend these places for families at all more ... hide ...

While the apartments themselves are wonderful units that come equipped with washer dryer microwave dishwasher and even a built in ice maker in the freezermy low rating reflects on the maintenance person and office manager My family and I have lived h While the apartments themselves are wonderful units that come equipped with washer dryer microwave dishwasher and even a built in ice maker in the freezermy low rating reflects on the maintenance person and office manager My family and I have lived here for a year and a half now When we first moved in the office manager was a wonderful woman who was always very helpful We had issues with our Central air last summer once we told her she had a repair man at our unit in less than an hour Weve had the same issue this summer Both my husband and I have called the office a total of 3 times and nothing has ever been done As for the maintenance person the gentleman who first held the position when we moved in was also wonderful Every day you saw him out cleaning litter and fixing things The new maintenance person is rarely ever seen and he actually lives here At times the grounds look over run with litter more ... hide ...
