While the apartments themselves are wonderful units that come equipped with washer dryer microwave dishwasher and even a built in ice maker in the freezermy low rating reflects on the maintenance person and office manager My family and I have lived h While the apartments themselves are wonderful units that come equipped with washer dryer microwave dishwasher and even a built in ice maker in the freezermy low rating reflects on the maintenance person and office manager My family and I have lived here for a year and a half now When we first moved in the office manager was a wonderful woman who was always very helpful We had issues with our Central air last summer once we told her she had a repair man at our unit in less than an hour Weve had the same issue this summer Both my husband and I have called the office a total of 3 times and nothing has ever been done As for the maintenance person the gentleman who first held the position when we moved in was also wonderful Every day you saw him out cleaning litter and fixing things The new maintenance person is rarely ever seen and he actually lives here At times the grounds look over run with litter more ... hide ...
