Additionally, my encounter with the apartment maintenance was also pleasant. Rick, the maintenance man who arrived to fix my defective thermostat, provided excellent service. He was professional and completed the task promptly. Furthermore, he was a pleasure to talk to, quite soft-spoken and courteous, and he came across as an honest and hard-working individual. I don't know what you pay him, but you should pay him more and keep him as he is really skilled at his job. Rick got to my apartment soon after I phoned to report the issue; this was very much appreciated as the weather forecast predicted cold temperatures for the night and the upcoming days.
