Woods At Peppertree is not a bad place to live. But for anything over 1k a month should be up to par. It has been over a year since they have been down. The pool caused water damage to our parking lots but have not been cleaned. In the pictures online the pool is displayed to be ready and available but YIKES. If you seen it you would be scared to be around it in general. Overall site is nice but there is a need for improvement. Hopefully my review doesn€™t go to waste because this wasn€™t a bad place to live.more ...hide ...
