Im a client and I live at the five North Decatur apartments the most amazing part of the place were I live is the pool and the weight room and the play ground so nice and clean and wonderful and the manager team is great

Just find another apartment complex.This has been the worse team yet. With that being said, this team last year upped my rent $200. Im sure the entire community had an increase. Im sure the entire community had an increase. Im curious to where this extra money goes since the pool doors are always broken along with the gym door. Outside residents can dump all their trash(beds, sofas, washing machines....)at our dumpster making it hard for the complex to properly place their trash. Outside individuals have access to the pool making it hard for paying residents to enjoy the pool because kids who dont live here come in and take over with zero regard for anyone. Dont bother making complaints they only talk about the complex security which Ive never seen. They are upping my rent again for $200/300 making it now almost 1800. They dont consider your income when they increase. Dont get me started with house maintenance Ÿ˜’. They care more about the outside vs the living conditions of the inside. Lastly, they definitely give you short notice when renewing your lease making it difficult for you to look for a new place.more ...hide ...
