I moved in a couple of months ago Its not a bad apartment complex but it is older and has some plumbing issues that maintenance hasnt bothered to take care of Its also right in between two other complexes that are horrible Theres a terrible parking iI moved in a couple of months ago Its not a bad apartment complex but it is older and has some plumbing issues that maintenance hasnt bothered to take care of Its also right in between two other complexes that are horrible Theres a terrible parking issue if it wasnt for that I would have given 4 stars I can not leave my apartment without losing my parking space at any given time Ive left for 30 minutes and couldnt park anywhere near my building I also cant have any guests they have no where to park As a matter of fact my car almost got towed because it was parked in back but I am single and just came back with a load of groceries Its unfair that I pay the same amount of rent as everyone else and neither I nor my guests can park anywhere in front of the building They either need to assign parking or make room for more spaces which I am assuming they will never do Any available space after leaving is going to be a NICE walk Definitely not renewingmore ...hide ...

I don€™t recommend living here at all. The office staff are very rude and don€™t know how to talk to people if you call them to report something they just sound so rude like they don€™t want to talk to you. The maintenance is also a problem I€™ve called so many times about issues in my apartment and I€™ve been told they€™d call the maintenance to come and take a look up a few months ago nothing, my refrigerator is having issues and my food inside of it is spoiling they simply told me that only one maintenance guy was there and that I should to replace it but I don€™t think that€™s my job to replace it??? They can€™t expect people to pay rent but are rude and don€™t fix stuff when it€™s an emergency the amount you pay for living here isn€™t even worth it. The previous management was better than this and the crime rates in this area is just no.more ...hide ...
