The office staff are very rude and don€™t know how to talk to people if you call them to report something they just sound so rude like they don€™t want to talk to you. The maintenance is also a problem I€™ve called so many times about issues in my apartment and I€™ve been told they€™d call the maintenance to come and take a look up a few months ago nothing, my refrigerator is having issues and my food inside of it is spoiling they simply told me that only one maintenance guy was there and that I should to replace it but I don€™t think that€™s my job to replace it??? They can€™t expect people to pay rent but are rude and don€™t fix stuff when it€™s an emergency the amount you pay for living here isn€™t even worth it. The previous management was better than this and the crime rates in this area is just no.more ...hide ...
