I have been a resident here since June 2020 and my experience has been that the quality of customer service, property management and general contentment of living here has declined. David and Tracey, who used to work here, were far more attentive to detail and willing to offer assistance and resources to tenants. This included giving out free turkeys at Thanksgiving and food boxes for those in need, as well as providing rental assistance when the COVID-19 pandemic caused a rise in unemployment, sickness and financial hardship. Since then, two other property management teams have taken over and are not as friendly or customer-focused as they should be. If I had to rate this place, it would be a 6/10. The pool has been closed since I moved in, and the fitness center is only open during business hours (9:00-5:00pm), which makes it difficult for those who work. The neighborhood is quiet, but there are few amenities or activities for residents. The apartments are spacious, but I have been having problems with my air conditioning since the day I moved in. In conclusion, it is a place to live, but if you're looking for luxury, events and attentive staff, this is not the place for you. more ... hide ...
