It has all been so far a so good I am really excited to be a part of the community here at main and clay as well as Louisville in general This process has been seamless and easy for me

Rent is extremely high for the quality of the apartment Walls are extremely thin basically can hear your neighbors 247 the club level is extremely loud and echos throughout the courtyard Common areas are dirty

Main and clay is loud the quiet hours are not followed and the walls are extremely thin We constantly find pee in the elevators garbage cans overflowing and the amenities rarely are functional The grills seem to constantly be broken the coffee machin Main and clay is loud the quiet hours are not followed and the walls are extremely thin We constantly find pee in the elevators garbage cans overflowing and the amenities rarely are functional The grills seem to constantly be broken the coffee machine is frequently broken and needs maintenance Our neighbors above us we constantly hear from 7 am to 11 pm at night stomping around and pounding our ceilings loud enough it could be mistaken for thunder or small explosions We have discussed our grievances with staff but nothing seems to come of it Main and Clay has a third party security company but whenever called they dont seem to resolve the issues Trash is left in the hallways and common areas Id recommend looking at other apartments or housing situations before ever considering main and clay more ... hide ...
