The maintenance here is terrible in terms of follow-through. The maintenance personnel are amiable, but the work they do is of substandard quality. Currently, both main entrances have been blocked for three weeks and the only way in or out is through the gates on either side of the apartments, which is very inconvenient for those living in the middle of the complex. Generally, the grounds are kept quite clean, although there are occasions when someone may leave their garbage bags on the ground, but it is usually tidied up in a day or two. Dead animals are not removed, so you should not let your dog wander about. It is mostly tranquil apart from the occasional gunfire, however, that is the situation in the entire area. Police patrol the area and turn on their lights at around 4 or 5 in the morning, and they stay for a while, so help is not far away. Brandywine Townhouses has been renamed to Glenrose Gardens The new owners pretend to care about their people which is the blk ppl Saleem give the appearance that he is nice so that you will move in then he changes They are bullies extremely disrespBrandywine Townhouses has been renamed to Glenrose Gardens The new owners pretend to care about their people which is the blk ppl Saleem give the appearance that he is nice so that you will move in then he changes They are bullies extremely disrespectful to his blk ppl to his tenants I have lived in this complex for 19 yrs and have never been under extreme stress until Saleem became the owners During the renovation process he has disrespectfully thrown our screen doors away while we were at work He didnt even care enough to take the screen doors down place them in a designated area so that the tenants could recover them Next he sent out letters with less than 24 hours notice advising he was going to repave the parking lots all cars need to be removed immediately or your car will be towed at the tenants expense Remind u this is the summertime People may have been on vacation People may have been in the hospital He should have provided at least a 30 day notice so that the tenants could have better prepared themselves He definitely towed the tenants cars didnt care at all He told the tenants that he can do what he want to do when he wants Next he sent out letters 71018 asking the tenants to relocate their satellite dishes no later than 72018 My husband I wk various shifts during the week its extremely complicated to be at home for this We called direct tv the same exact day to schedule to have our dish relocated but the only day they had available was 72118 We called the rental office to advise them of this information they stated that that would be ok They even sent Saleem a text messages advising this info On 71918 we came home he had authorized a company by the name of vital link to remove the tenants satellite dishes threw them in the trash Pic belowMy husband I was mad My husband was exhausted with the way this man is throwing his weight around so he walked to his apt to confront him in a firm manner Saleem wife also yelled out an insulted my husband yelling yeah my husband did it so what I left my job so that I could defuse the situation I apologized to Saleem for the extreme anger my husband presented but I also explained to Saleem my husband had a right to be upset because he had no right to throw away our property like that I broke down and cried so badly because Saleem has caused us so much stress and discomfort since he has been the owners So many tenants are extremely stressed He wants people to fear him He wants people to bow down to him in fear of him putting you out revoking your lease because you stand up to him We tried talking with Saleem and all he did was throw his weight around Telling us his family is in town and he doesnt have time to talk to us about this situation Then he turns around and admit he was wrong and he would pay for replacing our satellite dish to only have memory lost the very next day when I provided him with what it would cost to replace our satellite dish I have a protection plan with Direct TV so they worked it out where my husband and I would not have to repay 99 plus taxes to replace this dish They only charged my husband and I 25 I tried very kindly to present this to him only to get wishy washy rude response of him being extremely busy Saleem sayn why are utalking to me about it Go into the rental office take this issue to them Courtney with vital link admitted to us on a recorded phone call that Saleem authorized the removal of our satellite dish others This is why we came directly to Saleem On 72018 out of retaliation he put a letter in our mailbox stating he was going to change our locks Remind you we have paid our rent on time for 19 yrsHe wants this community to be ran like a dictatorship He is not open to any agreements even if you are trying to be reasonable with him It is his way or you can hit the hwyThe curfew you must not be out on the property after 9pm So in the summertime you can forget having family gatherings No more than 5 people can be in your apartmentmore ...hide ...

Awful ÂźÂ¢ when they first open it was very nice. The gate is always unlocked and or broken. They must do better taking care of those elderly people. We have been enjoying our time here since the day we moved in, and are happy that we struck gold with such a nice place.Rent is very reasonably priced, the area around the apartments is kept clean and tidy and I have yet to have any issues with pests. We do live on an upper floor apartment, so that may play into the role, but either way it has been very pleasant. Shout out to new management and maintenance ÂÂŹmore ...hide ...
